4) Complete tasks and level up to @SPROUT
Tasks are posted in #task-board and submitted in #task-submission. Moderators also evaluate consistency.
5) Reach @FLOWER
Reserved for members who lead initiatives and raise standards with proactive work.

- Creative: 4 visuals or videos adopted by community
- Tech Support: 25 solved questions plus 1 full tutorial
- Outreach: 3 local KOL or community activations
- Offline: 2 events (100+ participants total) plus 1 report
